Objective

Participants will learn tools and strategies for effectively resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative team culture by leveraging emotional intelligence (EI). The seminar will focus on understanding the roots of conflict, using EI to navigate and resolve disputes, and building a cohesive and collaborative work environment.

Morning Session

Welcome and Overview (10 minutes)
– Facilitator introduction and an overview of the day’s agenda.
